Oh no. Is this becoming a Penn tradition?

UPenn and Hey Day and traditions and Schuylkill River

The other day in my Hey Day 2011 post, I referenced THIS 2009 Hey Day video about kids jumping off of the Walnut Street bridge into the Schuylkill River!

Apparently, this "tradition" has continued.
