As you may recall, for 6 years here in LA and one year in NY, I had created a Penn "emerging talent" Pennfest event showcasing the work of Penn filmmakers and musicians.
I am now happy to report that Pennfest has evolved. The event will now be split up into a performance-themed night and a film showcase night and is now being led by the brilliant and super creative team of Jeni Sue Birnbaum (C'08), Aimee Musil (C'06), Allison Karic (C'09), and EJ Baker (C'09).
First up is "Penn Live" to be held at the Dragonfly in Hollywood on 9/21.
After the jump find out how you can submit yourself to the "Penn Live" committee!
Per Jeni-Sue, Aimee, Allison and EJ,
"We're seeking Penn alumni acts including musical, improv, stand-up, sketch and encouraging alums from Penn groups such as Mask and Wig or Glee Club to come together for a reunion and perform one or two songs, or well-known bits."Submissions accepted until Wednesday, 8/17.

If you know any Penn alumni who would fit the bill, hit the "facebook share" or "tweet" buttons below and share away!
