Penn Researchers Develop What Promises to Be The Coolest and Most Frightening Piece of Technology Yet!

This is just freaky cool.

There are no other words for this new Penn research...

Apparently Penn researchers are developing LED tattoos (silk and silicon implantable devices) which sit under the skin like a tattoo. "Already implanted into mice, these tattoos could carry LEDs, turning the wearer’s skin into a screen."

(For you "Heroes" fans out there, you'll recognize seeing something like this as a power from one of the new characters this season.)
