Guess what # Penn dropped to in US News and World Report "Best Colleges" list?

Looks like Penn dropped this year from #4 (2009) to now #5 in this year's US News and World Report "Best Colleges" list.

I guess we're back to where we were in 2007.

If memory serves correct, it's still better from where we were in the mid 90's (#12).
