Penn Alumni representing at Sundance 2011

Over this past week, Penn alumni were making the rounds at the snowy Sundance film festival.

• Liz Banks (C'96) was seen at a whole bunch of parties related to the 2 hot films that premiered at Sundance that the Weinstein brothers have acquired: My Idiot Brother (with Paul Rudd) and The Details (with Tobey Maguire).   Check out Liz's history with Sundance

• Since his appearance at the Golden Globes, Disney President Rich Ross (C'83) has now been seen making the party rounds at Sundance as well (source)

• Photographer Rachel Pearlman (C'07, Penn Film Society, Tri Delt) was the production manager on a short film called STONES which was selected for the Indigenous Shorts Showcase at this year's Sundance Film Festival. (more here).
