UPenn and Elizabeth Banks and pregnancy
Before Liz Banks (C'96) became the big star that she now is (appearing every other week on "30 Rock" and in the upcoming Russell Crowe film, The Next Three Days), she did commercials.

Check out this commercial the then-brunette did for the "Fact Plus Pregnancy Test" in the year 2000.

Classic!

Perhaps this was foreboding for THIS role she starred in almost 7 years later...

Check out the commercial after the jump!

Categories include: Animation, Children, Comedy, Commercial, Documentary, Drama, Loreen Arbus Focus on Disability Scholarship, Magazine, Music - Best Composition, Music - Best Use, Newscast, Reality, Series - Narrative

More about the competition after the jump!

More about their game and very Penn-centric company after the jump!

UPenn and Michele ObamaLast night, First lady Michelle Obama visited Penn (in Wynn Commons in back of Houston Hall) for a “get out the vote” event for today's midterm elections.  If you remember, the Obama competitors also rallied here.

UPenn and actor and Los Angeles and Hollywood and Alex Weber
After one year of vlogging for DT about his journey as an actor living in Los Angeles, Alex Weber (C'09, Lacrosse) is now able to share with us 5 important pillars any actor should take to heart before getting into the business.

Actually, most of them apply to any personal endeavor, really.

Find out what they are and why he quotes a country song after the jump!
