On the heels of her Meet Dave film, yesterday, Elizabeth Banks' (C'96) new (direct to DVD) film, Meet Bill debuted.  (It's sort of interesting that Meet Bill came out within the week of her other film, Meet Dave.)

          Check out the trailer above.

Per Yahoo Movies, the plot is as follows:
Aaron Eckhart (Thank You For Smoking) stars in this dramedy about a man whose life is less than impressive. He's miserable in his job, his wife (Elizabeth Banks, Definitely, Maybe) may be having an affair with the local newsman, and he's unhappy with his growing gut. When he begins to mentor a student, his own life surprisingly starts to make sense, though that may also have something to do with the arrival of a sexy young woman (Jessica Alba).

Amin Osman (C'09) and Michael Shomin (C'10) created this video about a kid who is on his way to turning in his final term paper. Along the way, he flashes back to everything that's led to this moment.

Pay attention to the interesting story telling here ...and its good payoff!

In case you missed Elizabeth Banks (C'96) on Friday night on the Tonight Show, she talked about:
          • her first day at Penn and how she met her husband Max Handelman (C'95) on the AEPi lawn (and what he was wearing! ...Yes, I was in AEPi too and yes, I think what she said was the style back then for other guys as well!)
          • her path to becoming an actor
Jay also showed a (hot!) Zima commercial Liz did years ago.

PhotosCheck out some great shots of Liz in a whole bunch of magazines here!

Watch the videos (part 1 and 2) below:

If the clips don't work above, you can watch here as well (July 11 episode)!
