I cool video I found on the web from PennYo: the University of Pennsylvania's premier Chinese a cappella group. I believe they are performing in celebration of the Chinese New Year. If any one can translate, add it to the comments field below!

Remember the Convention Center where many of us had our graduation ceremonies? That is now officially a thing of the past.
Here's a video I found on the web today of the implosion of the Convention Center taken from the University Avenue Bridge at 6:50 am on 3-4-2007.
A moment of silence, please :(
Below is a video I found from the Pan-Asian Dance troupe at Penn:
The Writers House will be remembering and celebrating the life and work of Robert ("Bob") Lucid twice in upcoming months. Alumni and friends are invited to join for either or both of the two events.
- First, on Friday, April 13th, 5pm, the English department will host a memorial service on the sixth floor of Van Pelt Library.
- Second, on Friday, October 19, at 6 PM, the Kelly Writers House will celebrate their memories of Bob with a Lucidfest - readings, reminiscences, and performances by Bob's former students, friends and colleagues. (This event takes place at the start of Penn's 2007 Homecoming Weekend. We hope that many alumni will plan to attend Homecoming, and begin the weekend by joining us at the Writers House on Friday evening.)
Please mark your calendars.
The Writer's House Bob Lucid page (with recollections of and praise for Bob by alumni) can be found here:
