President Gutmann Tells Prospects to Dream Big

A month ago, I posted some new photos of Penn's expanding campus.

This initiative is part of President Gutmann's new $3.5 billion capital "Making History" campaign.

Another part of her campaign is increasing access to students who may not be able to afford tuition.
