Apparently there was a HUGE storm yesterday in Philly.
After seeing a video and some photos, college green never looked so green!
Check out this exclusive video from the aftermath after the jump!
(Thank you to Nicole Maloy (W'95, Friars) for sending in the video and Hoopes Wampler (Assistant Vice President, Alumni Relations) for the photo!)

I LOVE this new Gabriel Mann song and you will too...(VIDEO)
Video credit: Dave DeSantos (The Rescues @ Culture Works in Ashland, OR)
A new Gabriel Mann (C'95, Off the Beat) song is rapidly becoming a favorite of mine...
In the above video, Gabe and his band "The Rescues" perform their new song "You're Not Listening". Listen for Gabe starting at minute 1:03 with some awesome(!) solos.
Sounds like another potential "Grey's Anatomy" song for them...
Per Gabe,
"we're on the road currently, winding up in l.a. for the cd release show this friday night (6/25) at the troubadour. "break me out" is the itunes single of the week (get your free download here), and starting today the album is exclusively available on itunes for 2 weeks, physical copies 2 weeks later and everywhere else digitally as well."

They tell musicians how to choose the best city to live in (VIDEO)
Last August, we started a new exclusive DT monthly Vlog series documenting the life of 2 Penn graduates who are embarking on a music career, so that others can learn from their experiences.
In this 8th episode (and after living in Austin now for almost 10 months), Ben Naecker (C'09, Water Polo) and Blake West (W'09, Jazz Combos) talk about a few things any musician should consider and ask about any city they consider moving to. (and weighs in on how Austin stacks up)
Plus they fill you in on a recent downfall of theirs that happens to many bands!
