Todd Lieberman (C'95) producing The Fighter (Paramount Pictures)


Todd Lieberman, (C'95, AEPi, Mask and Wig) is set to produce "The Fighter" starring Mark Wahlberg and Matt Damon.

Based on the life of boxer "Irish" Mickey Ward (Wahlberg) and his trainer brother Dick Eklund (Damon), the story chronicles the brothers' early days on the rough streets of Lowell, Mass., through Eklund's battle with drugs and Ward's eventual world championship in London.

Gabriel Mann (C'95) on Oscars!


Did you catch Musician Gabriel Mann (C'95) on the Oscars last night? He was in the "Elements in Motion" ensemble.

At Penn, Gabe was prominently known as an extremely talented singer, composer and songwriter in Off the Beat. Since then he has been based in Los Angeles and has been touring the world with his band The Gabriel Mann Situation. More notably, he has toured with Alanis Morissette and his music has been featured on such shows as What About Brian and Arrested Development.
